Project involved the creation of an Agricultural building for use by the existing Fishery.
The building would provide the required accommodation to allow the fishery to operate successfully. Importance was placed on accessibility for all with the provision of disabled parking, ramps and ensuring that the accommodation was laid out to allow access for all.
The proposals also includes hard/soft external landscaped areas as well as excavation works to the existing 2 ponds to form one larger pond.
