Bryson McHugh are delighted to receive Planning permission for a residential project in Heswall on the Wirral. The project involves extensive remodelling and extension of the existing dwelling including a rear extension with roof terrace/balcony, re-roofing the existing dwelling, new glazed curtain walling with feature projecting boxes along with an entire new external palette of materials.

Bryson McHugh are pleased to be appointed by a private client for a new build residential project in Frodsham. This project involves the demolition of the existing property and construction of a new build house. It is anticipated that the project will be submitted for planning March 2012 with a start on site June 2012.

Bryson McHugh have been appointed to undertake a Leisure project for Prenton Rugby Club on the Wirral. This project involves the proposed remodelling and extension of the existing Club to provide changing rooms, function room, golf driving range and accommodation along with other ancillary facilities. It is anticipated that the scheme will be submitted for planning March 2012 with a start on site mid-2012.
